When you delete a TimeTrak user the user is shifted from the active list to an inactive list but does not actually get removed from the database for data integrity.
If you ever need to reinstate a user they can be found in the Deleted dropdown list:
 
WARNING - before deleting a user from TimeTrak and making them inactive in MYOB Exo please check ALL time and disbursements are posted through to Exo for that user.
 
If for some reason a Staff Person is made inactive in MYOB Exo or their Job Cost Resource is made inactive in MYOB Job Costing and the User is deleted in TimeTrak then each of these items will need to be made active again to get the time to post from TimeTrak into MYOB Exo.
