A user can have more than one group that they can be assigned to but they will need a default group.

Available Groups

Select the grouping the user should be in.  This can group the user by work type or permissions. A user can have more than one group.

Move item up

This unassign's the group from the user.

Approval Check

Move Item down

This assigns the group to the user.

Set as Default

One group will be required to be set as the default group.
This flows into the task listing screen and reporting.
