User - General Settings

 
The general settings against a user, gives them a login, associates them with a JobCost Resource and matches them up to their Outlook Profile.

Select the default Module

 The options include
  • TimeTrak Professional
  • Timesheet Manager
  • TimeTrak Mobile

Select the MYOB Exo Staff member

The MYOB Exo staff member will need to be active in MYOB Exo.

Select the JobCost Resource

Login ID

 This will be generated automatically but can be overwritten if required.

User Name

 The user name is also automatically generated but can be overwritten.

Short Name

 The short name will be used in calendar settings.

Initials

This will also pull into calendar groups.

Email

If the email has been set up against the staff member in MYOB Exo then this will pull through automatically.

Password

Set the password.
If there is a password policy you might need to include capitals and numbers into the password.

Confirm Password

Enter in the same password ensuring you have it exactly the same.

Outlook Profile

This profile field needs to match the users actual Outlook Profile name.

Image

An image can be added to the user.  The image will show up in the users maps.
Expand out the Image Dropdown, right click in the space and select Load

Login Message

Enter in a message that is customised to that user if required.
