Profile - Alerts Settings

Enable Time Balancing

This enables Time Balancing for all users assigned to the Profile.
When a user logs into TimeTrak Professional or TimeTrak Mobile and they have uncompleted days they will be required to enter in time entries to fill the day.
Time Balancing enforces users to have to enter in time entries for their daily minimum.

Time Balancing Type

Time Balancing can be actioned on a daily basis or against the Pay Period.
The Pay Period is set up in the Global General Settings.

Time Balancing Delay

A delay can be set before the Time Balancing is enforced.
Example - set it to 2 hours and the user can log into Timetrak and has two hours before they have to have entered in the previous days/pay periods time entries.

Weekly Timesheet Approval

When enabled this will display at the selected day of the week.

Weekday Selection

Select which day the Timesheet Approval alert is to pop up.

Monthly Timesheet Approval

When enabled this will display one the first day of the month.

Enable Unbilled Appointment Alarms

When users log into TimeTrak Professional and Mobile the alerts screen will pop up allowing users to update appointments or convert them into time entries.

Enable Task Processing

Any tasks which are sitting in the Unallocated list can be actioned in the Alerts screen in TimeTrak Professional and TimeTrak Mobile.

Enable Task Due Date Processing

 When users log into TimeTrak Professional and Mobile the alerts screen will pop up allowing users to set the due date forward as required.

Enforce Task Management

When a time entry is created then the user will be forced into updating the selected fields for the Task the time is against.
The field options include: Estimated Time, Due Date, Status, Task Log Compulsory and the Actual Complete Percentage.
