Profile - MYOB Exo Settings
Show Clients Pull through client information from MYOB Exo.
Limit By Active Jobs Limit all jobs visible to those which are currently active.
Show Client Aged Balances Display the debtors aged balances from MYOB Exo.
Show Transactions Display all transactions related to the debtor from MYOB Exo.
Make Payment Allow the user to process a payment against an invoice in MYOB Exo.
Show Suppliers Display the suppliers from MYOB Exo.
Show Supplier Aged Balances This setting will make the suppliers aged balances visible or not the the TimeTrak Mobile users.
Show Jobs Display all Jobs from MYOB Exo Job Costing.
Add Job This setting allows mobile users to create a new job within TimeTrak Mobile.
Edit Job This will allow TimeTrak Mobile users to modify some of the details against an existing MYOB Job Costing job.
Show Job Financial Summary Display the job financial summary from MYOB Exo Job Costing.
Show Stock Items Display stock items from MYOB Exo.
Show Contacts Display Contacts from MYOB Exo
Add Contact This setting will allow the users to add in a new contact against the clients account. This writes back to MYOB Exo immediately.
Edit Contact This will allow users to edit an existing contact. This writes back to MYOB Exo immediately.
Delete Contact When this setting is enabled for a user they will be able to set a Contact to inactive, this will be written into MYOB Exo.
Show Marketing Classes Display the marketing classes against the contacts.
Show History Notes This setting will allow users to see the MYOB Job Costing Job history notes against the job in TimeTrak Mobile.
Add History Notes Allow users to add a new History Note.
Edit History Notes Allow users to edit existing History Notes.
Delete History Notes Allow the user to delete History Notes.
Show Purchase Orders Tick this option to make Purchase Orders visible as read only with no editing abilities.
Add Purchase Order This setting will allow users to add a purchase order against a job in TimeTrak Mobile.
Note: This is created immediately in MYOB Job Costing against the job.
Edit Purchase Order This setting will allow users to edit an existing purchase order against a job, this will be updated in MYOB Job Costing on save.
Delete Purchase Order Select this setting to allow users to delete purchase orders against jobs.
Edit Receipted Purchase Order Line This setting will allow users to update a line on an existing purchase against a job but not update the header information or delete the whole purchase order.
Show Serviceable Units Make Serviceable units visible to the users assigned to this profile.
Add Serviceable Units This setting will allow users to create a new serviceable unit and it will save into MYOB Exo immediately.
Edit Serviceable Units When this is ticked on the user will be able to go into a serviceable unit and edit the details of it.
Delete Serviceable Units When this permission is enabled then the user will be able to delete a serviceable unit and this will delete it from MYOB Exo immediately.
Show Job Quote Lines If the Job Quote Lines is enabled then against a profile which MYOB Job Costing Copy To lines from the Quote/Budget Tab will be available to the user to consume off the job. C = Costs , T = Time and P = Purchase Order.
Update Actual Quantities Used When this setting is not enabled then the quote lines on the job are ready only. Once this is enabled then users can add the quote lines against the job as consumed materials.
Hide Disbursement Cost in PO This setting will make the cost price of the stock item being ordered in a Purchase Order not be visible to the user.
