Coordinates Required
This setting will enforce a pop-up in which users must either confirm longitude and latitude co-ordinates or enter them in.
Allow Overlapping in Calendar
This setting will allow users to overlap time entries and appointments in their calendar. If unticked it will prevent that ability.
Convert Appointment to Time Entry
If this setting is ticked on then in TimeTrak Mobile users will be able to convert an appointment into a time entry.
If this is not ticked on then the user will need to Check In - this setting will need to be enabled.
Can Lock Task
This setting will allow users to lock a task so that other users cannot update the Estimated Time can not be adjusted or Sub Tasks added to the task.
Can Lock Appointment
With this setting ticked on the user can lock appointments. This will make the start date/time and the end date/time locked, as well as the duration of the appointment.
Can Edit Locked Appointment
If an appointment is set to a locked status then the profile users with this enabled will be able to go into the Appointment and make changes without unlocking the appointment.
Enable Appointment Acceptance
This setting will mean users will need to accept an appointment before they can convert it into a Time Entry.
Disbursement Narration Required
Tick this option to set the disbursement (materials) narration to be a required field.
User must choose Labour Code
This setting will force users to select a labour code on the time entry in both TimeTrak Professional and TimeTrak Mobile.
Allow Task Notifications to be sent to self
When this setting is ticked on then when a user emails a client a notification of a task then they can also be sent the notification email.
Email Contact on Task Completion
When a Task is set to the state of 'Completed' then the contact can be sent an email notifying them of that completion within TimeTrak Mobile.
Show Appointment Statuses
Statuses can be set up for Appointments. These can be colour coded and the colour will display in both TimeTrak Professional and TimeTrak Mobile.
Appointment Categories
Categories can be set against Appointments to help identify the kind of Appointment it is. These will display in both TimeTrak Professional and TimeTrak Mobile.
Copy Appointment Details to Narration
This setting will enable the details of the appointment to be written into the time entry when the appointment is converted.
