Profile - TimeTrak Settings
Show Time Entries
Allows users to see their time entries against either a task.

Add Time Entry
Allows users to be able to add their own time entries against a task.

Edit Time Entry
Allows users to edit an existing time entry.
|
|
Delete Time Entry
Allows users to delete an existing time entry.
|
|
Add Non Billable Time Entry
Allows users to add in Non-billable time entries.
For example 'Internal Processes' or 'Administrative Work'

Add Non Productive Time Entry
Allows users to add in Non-productive time entries.
For example ' Annual Leave' or 'Sick Leave'
|

Show Disbursements
This will allow the disbursements (Materials) to show.
|
|
Add Disbursements
This will allow users to add disbursements (Materials) to a time entry.
|
|
Edit Disbursements
This setting allows users to update the narrative against disbursements (Materials)
|
|
Delete Disbursement
Allows users to remove a disbursement (Material) from a time entry.
|
|
Show Appointments
Allows users to see their appointments.
|
|
Add Appointment
Allows users to add in appointments.
|
|
Add Non Billable Appointment
Allows users to add in an appointment against a Non-billable Status.
|
|
Add Non Productive Appointment
Allows users to add in an appointment against a Non-productive Status.

Edit Appointment
Allows users to edit an appointment.
Note: If this is not ticked on then users will not be able to increase or decrease how long the appointment is for.

Edit Appointment Recurrence
Tick this option to allow the user to be able to edit a series of Appointments when the Appointments have recurrence set up against them.

Delete Appointment
Allows users to delete an appointment.
|

Show Tasks
Allows users to see tasks.
|

Add Task
Allows users to add in a task.
|
|
Edit Task
Allows a user to edit a task.
|
|
Delete Task
Allows users to delete a task.
Note: This is only visible when the task does not have any time against it.

Show User Profile
When this is ticked on, users can modify what is selection options are visible in the home screen in TimeTrak Mobile.
When not ticked on the Profile option is not visible.

Show Attachments
Tick this option to make the Attachments visible or not in TimeTrak Mobile.

Add Attachment
Allows users to add an attachment to a task.
|
|
Edit Attachment
Allows users to edit an existing attachment.
|
|
Delete Attachment
Allows users to remove an attachment.
|
|
Settings Warning
These settings currently only apply to TimeTrak Mobile.

Show Task Activities
This will make the activities against the task visible to the user or not.
TimeTrak Professional Task Activity.
TimeTrak Mobile

Add task Activity
When this setting is enabled the user will be able to manually add a Task Activity.
|
|
Edit Task Activity
When this is enabled for a user then they will be able to edit any manually entered activities against the Task.

Delete Task Activity
A user with this setting turned on will be able to delete an activity logged against a task.
