Global - General Settings

If a team member from Exosoft or your Exosoft Dealer has installed TimeTrak on your behalf then these settings will already be setup.
 
The TimeTrak Settings include key information like the database version and the correct URL's for the websites. 
This will be setup by an Exosoft Consultant at the time if installation and should not be modified by users.
If any of these settings need to be altered due to environmental changes please notify the Exosoft team or your Exosoft Dealer.
 
Global - General Settings

TimeTrak Name

Enter in the name for TimeTrak for the organisation.

TimeTrak Server

Enter in the name of the server that TimeTrak is installed on.
This is where the websites are installed, not just the TimeTrak Admin Console.

Database Version

This is the version of the TimeTrak Database.

TimeTrak URL

Enter in the TimeTrak URL

TimeTrak Mobile URL

Enter in the TimeTrak Mobile URL

TimeTrak Client URL

Enter in the TimeTrak Client URL

Company Logo

Upload the Company Logo here and easily clear if and reload if required.
This image flows into any checklists within the header of the PDF.

Enable Lead Provider & Secondary Provider

Enable this setting to have the Lead Provider and Secondary Provider fields on the jobs and tasks.
This requires extra fields to be set up in MYOB Exo against the Jobs.
Please ask your Exosoft Consultant to set these up for you.

Enable Serviceable Units

This setting will turn on the ability to have MYOB Exo's Serviceable Units visible to users.

Mobile Themes

Within this screen users can set the colour themes for the mobile website.

Payroll Frequency

If Payroll integration is turned on then the frequency of the payroll will need to be set here.

Lock Records Before

This setting will lock all records before this date. After each post through to MYOB Exonet this date will update.
Tip. If users find an error after a post in the Time Entry then they can alter this date, edit the entry and set the date back.

First Date of Pay Period

If Payroll integration is turned on then the first day of the pay period will need to be set up, after a post this will be updated.
14

Ignore Unverified Entries

This date selection will ignore unverified time entries in TimeTrak before this date.
This is handy if there is a trial period of testing and users want to ignore those time entries.
15

Start of work week

Select the day of the start of the working week. This flows into the calendars as the first day of the week.
