Status Name

Give the status a meaningful name.

Shortcut Key

Add in a shortcut key if required.

Include in time analysis reports

Include the status in the time analysis reports in TimeTrak Professional.

Include in Productivity Calculation

Include the status in the productivity reports in TimeTrak Professional.

Global Time Analysis (will be available to all users)

Tick this setting on to make the status available to all users, if this is unticked a user group can be selected.

Send Email to the Payroll Contact when time is assigned to this code

Select this option if the Payroll contact needs to be informed when time is used against this status.

Show Time Analysis Note

This will add a note against the Time Entry for the user to see.
An example of this could be a notice to get managerial approval for leave.

Note Requires Checking

This adds in a checkbox that the user will need to confirm before moving on showing they have read the note.
