Billable Statuses - Non Productive
To set up a Non Productive status make sure 'Time Analysis Required' is ticked.
The time against this status will not be posted into MYOB Exo but can be exported into Payroll if it is setup. Non productive items are all types of leave options.
Status Name
Give a status a meaningful name.
Top
Shortcut Key
Enter in a shortcut key if required.
Top
Change Colour
Select a colour the status should display as in TimeTrak Professional.

Time Analysis Required
Time Analysis Required needs to be ticked on to allow multiple types of this status.

Include in Productivity Calculation
Tick on this option to include the status in the productivity reports within TimeTrak Professional.

Click into this tab to add, edit or remove types of Non Productive time.
