Billable Statuses - Non-billable Productive

 
To set up a Non Billable status make sure 'Time Analysis Required' is ticked.
The time against this status will not be posted into MYOB Exo but can be exported into Payroll if it is setup. Non billable items are usually internal processes where users are busy but not charging for their time to a client.

Status Name

Give the status a meaningful name.

Shortcut Key

Create a shortcut key if required.

Status Colour

Select a colour that time against this status will have within TimeTrak Professional.

Time Analysis Required

Time Analysis Required needs to be ticked on to allow multiple types of this status.

Include in Productivity Calculation

Tick on this option to include the status in the productivity reports within TimeTrak Professional.

Time Analysis Tab

Click into this tab to add, edit or remove types of Non Billable  time.
