TaskTrak Settings

Date View

The Date View setting can show the Due Date of the tasks in the Task List or Start Date of the tasks.

Task View

The Tasks Lists can be split into panels or shown as tabs across the Task List screen.

Expand Level

This setting allows users to select how many levels of sub tasks to display in the Task List by default.

Default Sort

A users tasks can be sorted by Date or Priority and either ascending or descending.

Default View

The Task List can show the Current User, My Groups or All Users, My Groups or All Users, All Groups.

New Task Assignment

When a new task is created it can default to the unallocated group or to the currently logged in user.

Refresh Minutes

The task List can be set to refresh for the user by any entered number of minutes. If the value is 0 then the task will refresh after something in the tasks is actioned, for example a new task or an updated and saved task.

Show Acceptance Tab

If Task Acceptance is enabled in TaskTrak within the TimeTrak Admin Console then the Acceptance Tab can be activated here.

Show all Tasks for Job on Time Entry

This setting will show all Tasks against the job when a Time Entry is being created.

Closed Tasks Visible

When creating a new task, closed tasks can show on the list, for the user to see if there was already work done on the same type of task.

Task Notification Emails

Tick this setting so that the currently logged in user will receive an email when a task is assigned to them.

Task & Appointment Acceptance

Tick this setting to receive an email when a task or appointment has been accepted by another user.

Preload Task Title

Preload the task title into the time entry narration automatically.

Show Users Sub Tasks

Select this option to show sub tasks assigned to other users when you have the head task.

Create Appointment

When as Task is assigned to the user then an appointment will be created for the time frame of the task in the TimeTrak Calendar.

Preload Job Details

When an appointment is created then the Job Details can be preloaded into it for the user.
