TimeTrak offers some task specific reports for users to manage their tasks.
Job/Task Console
The Job/Task Console will bring up a screen with the users task list and related job code information, this report has some advanced search options.
Overview Console
The Overview Console displays the users selected task list information and has some advanced search options.
Client Task Summary Report
The client task summary report allows users to select a client and then if required filter by Jobs.
This report then displays the Tasks both open and closed against the client.
Users can view the time entries against each task if they wish.
Users can double click to drill into a task and modify the task if they have the correct permissions.
Management Report By Client
The Management Report by Client is going to display all time on jobs grouped by the Client by users.
Management Report
The Management Report will display groups of users or a particular users tasks and the progress that is against the task.
Task Information Report
The Task Information Report will allow users to list all tasks against a client, then they can edit the selected task, bring the Job Sheet to the screen or look at the Time On Task.
When looking at the Time On Task the report will show the Time Entries against the task and sub tasks and the progress of the Time Entries.
