These settings allow users in the Client Portal to set an urgency against their tasks.

Urgency List

This is a list of available urgencies.

Add

Click to add a new urgency.
 
Give the urgency a meaningful name, set the number of hours and priority.
If the hours have a value in it and the user in the client portal is creating a new task and selecting the urgency then the Due Date will be the Start Date plus the Hours value.
If required give a description of why the urgency would be selected.

Edit

Edit an existing urgency.

Delete

Remove an existing urgency.
