Contact Settings

 
It is within the Contact Settings that the user logins are set up.

Available Contacts

This list will show all current active contacts who are assigned to the MYOB Debtor Account.

Edit

Click to edit an existing contact.
 
The name and email are pulled from MYOB Exo.
TimeTrak will default the login to the email address but this can be edited.
The password needs to be added and then confirmed.
 
Allow the Contact to log into TimeTrak Client Portal.
If the user is to see all available jobs then they will need to be the Client Administrator.
They are also notified via email if other staff from their organisation is creating tasks.
 
Against the Contact, they can have only certain jobs visible to them via the Jobs tab.

Disable

Click to disable a contact from having access to the Client Portal.
