Enable Check In

This setting will enable the Check In widget to be visible when creating time against a Job, Task or an Appointment.

Enable Start Travel

This setting will enable the Start Travel widget to be visible when creating time against a Job, Task, or an Appointment.

Automatically create an appointment

when checking in

When a user 'Checks In' to a job or task then an appointment will automatically be created and when the work is completed, the appointment is converted into a time entry.

Automatically create travel time entry

when arriving at destination

 
If Advanced Travel is not enabled in Global System Setup Admin Settings then this feature will not be available.
 
When utilising the 'Start Travel' function click on the button:
Then when the user clicks on the 'Arrived at Destination' a time entry is automatically created and assigned to the task.
