Type into this field the text that will be seen on the login screen for TimeTrak Professional.

allows users to alter the names of fields, map fields, have custom fields and for Timesheet Manager only, pull through extra fields.

Within the Field Names screen users can rename the fields to match the business process, for example Disbursements might be called Materials.

Within the Field Mapping Screen you can rename the fields throughout the applications.

Example: Disbursements are often called Materials.

allow users to add customised fields to the Task Screen or Time Entry screen within TimeTrak Professional or TimeTrak Mobile.

The disbursements are only going to pull the extra fields through in TimeSheet Manager.

These fields can be set up to post back into MYOB Exo if required.

The extra fields need to be set up in the Database to start with.

Time Entry table is called dbo.TimeEntry

Task table is called dbo.TT_Task

Disbursements is called db.Disbursements
