Checklist Name

Enter in a meaningful Checklist name.

Email Template

If the Checklist is to use a customised Email Template this can be selected from the drop down list.

Filter by Job Types

A checklist can be filtered by a job type, this means only time entries against a job with a selected job type will have the checklist against it.

Show Recipients on Checklist

When this setting is ticked on, within the TimeTrak Mobile checklist it will show the user who is going to be emailed the checklist.

Client Contact

This setting will automatically email  a PDF copy of the checklist to the MYOB Exo Debtors default contact.

Job Contact

This setting will automatically email a PDF copy of the checklist to the contact against MYOB Job Costing's job .

Task Contact

This setting will automatically email  a PDF copy of the checklist to the contact against TimeTrak's task.

Email to

This setting will automatically email  a PDF copy of the checklist to the email address entered into the field.

Job Manager

This setting will automatically email  a PDF copy of the checklist to MYOB Job Costing's Job Manager against the job.

Email Entered on Checklist

This setting enables the user in TimeTrak Mobile to manually enter in an email address and will automatically email  a PDF copy of the checklist to the entered email address .

Add

Click on Add to enter in a new checklist item.

Edit

Click on Edit to change an existing checklist item.

Delete

Click on Delete to remove a checklist item.
