Task Processing

 
When Task Processing is enabled for users they will get this screen which will check for currently due tasks and will allow the user to action those tasks.

Task Processing Tab

Click into the task to make any required changes manually.

Task Selection

Click into the tick box to include the task in the action to be taken.

Set Tasks to Completed

This button will set the selected tasks to the completed status.

Time Controls

This Time Control will need to be selected before clicking on 'Set Due Date Forward'.

Set Due Date Forward

Once a Time Control is selected then click on Set Due Date Forward to update the Due Date on the selected tasks.

Time Entry

Click this icon to create a Time Entry against the selected Task.

Task Options

By clicking on this link users will be given the options to view the Job Sheet, create a Sub Task, create a Time Entry, Close the task or see the Client Task Summary Report.
