Task - Serviceable Units

 
MYOB Serviceable Units can be assigned to Task.
This allows users to see which Serviceable Units they should be noting when working on a Task.
 
Task - Serviceable Units

Serviceable Unit Search

Enter in the Serviceable Unit code or description to the search field to return any results from the Serviceable Units assigned to the MYOB Job Costing Job which the Task is assigned against.

Search

Click on Search to either return the results of all Serviceable Units assigned to the MYOB Job Costing Job which the Task is assigned against, or the criteria entered into the Search text field.

Add New Unit

Click on this button to add in a new Serviceable Unit.
This will save back to MYOB Exo against the Job and the MYOB Exo Debtor account.
Enter in the required fields and click on Save.

Assign to Task and Save Changes

To assign a Serviceable Unit to the task it must have Assigned ticked.
Click Save Changes.
