Manage Tasks on Jobs

 
If an MYOB Job Costing Job is created and contains Quote/Budget lines with the copy to value set to 'T' then when a user drills into a Job in TimeTrak Professional they will be given the ability to create bulk tasks from the quote lines.
 
 
The Quote/Budget lines would look like this in MYOB Job Costing.
 
 
 
 
When a user drills into a Job in TimeTrak Professional and clicks on the Tasks Tab they will see the Manage Tasks button.
 
 
All MYOB Job Quote/ Budget Lines set to Copy To equals  'T' will display.
 
 
Users can update all columns to populate the Task fields as required.
 
 
When the selected lines are ready to be converted into a Task, click Save Changes.
 
 
All Tasks now created against the Job will show in Manage Tasks with a Task Icon next to them.
 
 
Users assigned to tasks will be notified by emails and the Tasks will show up in the users task list.
The tasks will also list against the Job.
