If your clients are needing to approve work before it is started then the Customer Approval function can be activated and set up.

Enable TimeTrak Customer Approval

Tick to activate the Customer Approval function within the Client Portal website.

Approval Period

Enter in the number of hours the client will need to approve or not the proposed task.

Approved Email

Set the email address from which the approval would be sent from.

Send copy to the Job Manager

Tick this setting to have a copy of the approval request email sent to the MYOB Job Costing Job Manager.

Approval Help Text

Enter in the help text for your clients around using the approval function.
