Narration Name

Enter in a meaningful name for the narration

Narration Text

Enter in the narration text that will pull into the narration field of the time entry. This is available in both TimeTrak Professional and TimeTrak Mobile.

Global Narration

When this option is selected the narration is available to all users.

Narration Groups

If a narration is to be available to a selected group then the group or groups can be moved into the assigned column:

Clear

Clear out the text for the narration completely.

Insert

A standard narration can pull in fields from the Client, Job, Contact, Company details and include some formatting.
