TimeTrak has the ability to export Time Sheet entries from TimeTrak to be manually imported into four selected payroll systems.
The available payrolls to import time entries from TimeTrak are IMS Payroll, Wage Easy Payroll, MYOB Payroll, MYOB Exo Payroll.
The setup of the payroll settings should be done by either your Exosoft Dealer or a support person from Exosoft.
Each payroll application requires slightly different information and a different file type for importing.

Once Payroll Integration is enabled and a payroll system is selected new fields are added to Billable Statuses.
The Payroll Code field will become visible and can be setup.
This means when time is assigned to a status it generates an entry in the file TimeTrak generates for importing.
Against the Status the Payroll Code, Cost Centre, Wage Code, Wage Multiplier can be set up where required.
Disbursements will also have a new Payroll tab, where Allowance settings can be put in place.
Users will also need to have their Payroll Code entered against their user setup:
