It is from here that Public Holidays are maintained.
Holidays are maintained within the TimeTrak System so that a Timesheet is not expected for these designated holidays, and that productivity calculations exclude these days.
There is a check box to the right 'Active Holidays Only' which when unticked will display all anniversary days for all regions throughout.
These are classed as inactive as TimeTrak does not have a regional setting to determine which public holiday will apply to your organisation.
Holidays which reoccur on the same day every year are automatically included by TimeTrak.
New Years Day
New Years Day Holiday (Business day succeeding New Years Day)
ANZAC Day (Australia)
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
Christmas Day Holiday (Business day succeeding Christmas Day)
Boxing Day Holiday (Business day succeeding Boxing Day)
Holidays which occur or are observed on different days each year are needing to be updated manually to be included by TimeTrak.
Queens Birthday
Labour Day
Easter (Good Friday & Easter Monday)
Waitangi Day
Anzac Day (New Zealand)
Holidays such as regional Anniversary days will need to be added manually.
