Global - Attachment Settings

Tip. If you begin getting messages when trying to save attachments in either TimeTrak Professional or the TimeTrak Outlook Add in, then check with your IT provider if the user login or password has been altered and if it has update in the TimeTrak Admin Console.
 
Global - Attachment Settings

Enable Attachments

Tick this on to enable attachments from TimeTrak.

Edit field

Provide the location of the folder where the documents will be stored.
Note: If Document Manager is already set up this will default to the settings in Document Manager.

Link Attachments to MYOB Exo

Documents

Select this to have the attachments saved against the MYOB Job Costing Documents tab.

Show Warning if Document Manager

hasn't run in the last 24 hours

This will provide a pop up letting users know Document Manager has not run for 24 hours and has not updated any files with attachments.

Document Manager Last Run

Date/Time

This field will display the last date and time that Document Manager has run.

Folder Security - Name

Enter in the Windows user name for access to the folder location.
Note: It is best that a user whose userID/password doesn't change too often.

Folder Security - Domain

Enter in the Windows domain for the server that the folder is located on.

Folder Security - Password

Enter in the windows user password.

Test Security

Click on this button to check the folder security will work successfully.
