Editing a template

 
A default text template will already be in place.  This can be modified and added to if required.
 
Should a user wish to restore the Text message they can do so with the 'Default Text Message' button.
 
 
 
If users would like the email to be in html format they can text on the HTML Message box and a new button allowing the default html to be populated becomes active:
 
 
 
 
The clear button will remove all text in the text box.
 
 
The Insert button is where users will pull fields from TimeTrak, Tasks, Time Entries and  Exo.
 
 
 
If users are requiring more advanced formatting they can create the html email in an html editor and paste it into the text screen.
 
Once the text or html email template is completed in the text screen, it can be previewed and tested in the Preview Tab.
 
 
 
The Preview screen is the same for all templates and depending on the template that is being tested, users will pull in the appropriate ID.
 
For example for a Appointment notification email, an Appointment ID would be used, or a Task reassignment email, the Task ID would be used.
 
To see how the template will be received users can email an example to themselves and check the email  via the Send Test Email Button.
 
 
The 'Get Last Task ID', 'Get Last Log ID' and 'Get Last Attachment ID'  links will pull through the last generated ID for each item.
