Client Settings

Name

This will show the name of the MYOB Exo debtor account.

Default Job

This will show the default job, after it has been selected in the Jobs tab.

Customer Group

Select which customer group the client is to be set up against.

Allow Login to TimeTrak

Allow contacts from this company to log into TimeTrak Client Portal.

Approval Period

If customer approval is enabled then it can be set up against the account here.

Approval Hours

Enter the number of hours a client has to approve tasks created for them.

Customer Approval for new jobs created in MYOB Exo

Tick this to require approval for Jobs in MYOB Job Costing.
