TimeSheet Verification
For organisations that use advanced verification methods (One Person or Two Person Verification). This report shows the users who have not completed their time verification for the selected date interval and jobs which have not been verified by their verifier yet. The report is only relevant for one or two person verification. This system is used for organisations that want to have each job verified by a set user.
This allows an administrator to check that the set verifiers have completed their verification, when one/two person verification is turned on.
This report allows you to 'Jump To' and select a 'Start and End Date' enabling further analysis.
Ability to 'Show Incomplete Jobs' - select the check box at the right hand side of the screen.
Email Job Verifier a list of jobs that require verification.
Click the 'Email' link to initiate an email to the verifier notifying them of jobs which they need to verify. If necessary additional information can be added to this screen. When you are ready click 'Send'.
